Kevin Pinnegar joined Honda in 1998, following his inauguration to Treasury at Kingfisher Plc. He had several evolving roles within Honda’s Treasury Team but mainly focused on the tactical implementation of Treasury specific reformation projects to improve operations, in line with corporate strategy. Kevin left Honda in 2013 to set up a European Treasury function at Sharp Electronics. However, after a couple of years returned to Honda as European Group Treasurer. With over 40 group entities and 14 different currency exposures, standardizing, simplifying and leveraging technology were key to realizing the strategic objectives of optimizing cash management and operational efficiencies across the group. |
