Lotta was made acting co-head of Swedbank’s new digital banking group in June 2016, which is responsible for digital sales support, development and innovation. Since January 2015 Lotta has been head of channels for Swedbank, leading a team of 90 to drive the channel strategy work and bring Swedbank digital touchpoints into the future. Prior to this Lotta was head of digital development and before that she was head of online banking development at Swedbank – making her a key driver of Swedbank’s digital strategy and developer of digital platforms, creating value-add services to Swedbank customers and employees. |
