MOSCOW--Russian consumer prices rose 0.1% from Oct. 25 to Oct. 31, data from the Federal Statistics Service showed Wednesday.
Weekly inflation fell from 0.2% the previous week, and prices rose 0.5% in October. Since the beginning of the year, prices have risen 4.6%, compared with 11.2% during the same period of 2015.
Last week, the Bank of Russia said it would hold its key interest rate flat at 10%, noting that inflation risks remained and it had no plans to make further cuts this year.
