PARIS--French consumer confidence was flat in November, a survey from statistics agency Insee showed Friday.
The monthly survey showed consumer confidence stands at 98 in November, the same reading as October and in line with the expectations of analysts polled by The Wall Street Journal.
The long-term average for the measures stands at 100, a level not seen since 2007.
