BEIJING--China attracted 731.8 billion yuan ($106.0 billion) of foreign direct investment in the first 11 months of the year, up 3.9% from a year ago in yuan terms, the official Xinhua News Agency reported Thursday, citing the commerce ministry.
The growth was slower than the 4.2% year-over-year increase in the first 10 months of 2016, Xinhua said.
