Austria's inflation rate in November was 1.3%, the same as in October, the country's statistics office said on Friday.

Consumer prices rose 0.1% in November from October, the statistics office said.

Fuel prices exerted slight downward pressure on the headline inflation rate, while restaurant services remained biggest driver of the indicator, followed by rents, it said.

Consumer prices measured according to harmonized European Union standards rose by 0.1% in November from October and were 1.5% higher on the year, accelerating from a 1.4% rate in October, the office said.
