NEW YORK, January 9, 2017 – Global Finance has released the rankings for its seventeenth annual Best Treasury and Cash Management Banks and Providers by category, region and by country. A full report on this exclusive survey will be published in the March 2017 issue.

Global Finance has selected an overall global winner and global winner in seven key sectors. We have also selected winners in 55 countries and regional winners in North America, Western Europe, Central and Eastern Europe, Asia-Pacific, Latin America, Middle East, Africa and the Nordic region. Additionally in each region, winning banks have been selected across five categories encompassing cash mamagement, payments and collections, liquidity, working capital optimization and short-term investments/money market funds. We have also selected the Best Treasury Management Systems & Services providers across eight categories and the Best US Regional Middle Market providers.

Global Finance used a multi-tiered assessment process—which included a readers’ poll, input from industry analysts, corporate executives, technology experts and independent research—to select the best providers of treasury and cash management services. A variety of subjective and objective criteria were considered, including: profitability, market share and reach, customer service, competitive pricing, product innovation and the extent to which treasury and cash management providers have successfully differentiated themselves from their competitors around core service provision.

“As technology continues to transform the treasury and cash management landscape, companies around the world are reaping the benefits,” said Joseph D. Giarraputo, publisher and editorial director of Global Finance. “The winners of Global Finance’s Treasury & Cash Management Awards are at the cutting edge of this changing world, providing their clients with the tools they need to best manage their global treasury processes.
