SINGAPORE--Singapore's foreign-exchange reserves stood at US$251.36 billion in October, down from US$253.41 billion in September, the Monetary Authority of Singapore said on its website Monday.

In Singapore dollar terms, the October foreign exchange reserves were at S$350.17 billion, compared with S$345.53 billion in September, the central bank said.

MAS doesn't give reasons for the increase or decrease in its reserves.
