MOSCOW--Russian consumer prices rose 0.2% from Nov. 15 to Nov. 21, data from the Federal Statistics Service showed Wednesday.
Weekly inflation rose from 0.1% the previous week, with prices rising 0.4% since the beginning of the month. From the beginning of the year, prices rose 4.9%, up from 12.1% during the same period in 2015.
The Bank of Russia vowed earlier to keep interest rates flat at 10% for the remainder of the year, noting that inflation risks still remain.
