MOSCOW--Consumer prices in Russia rose 0.1% in the week to Nov. 28, slowing from a growth rate of 0.2% in the previous week, data from the Federal Statistics Service showed Wednesday.
Inflation has increased by 5% since the start of the year, compared with 12.1% in the same period a year earlier, according to the service.
The Bank of Russia vowed earlier to keep Russia's interest rates flat at 10% for the remainder of the year, noting that inflation risks still remain.
